SHORE EXCURSION MOLDE: itinerary

Our shore excursion will journey through the picturesque city of Molde.

First, we’ll stop at the City Hall. During the summer, the city’s largest collection of roses can be found on the roof of this government building. In fact, due to the amount and beauty of flowers to be found, the city has earned the nickname the Town of Roses.

Remember to bring your camera on this shore excursion as we also go to the Varden viewpoint, or Molde Panorama as it’s also known. From here we can see the spectacular snow-capped peaks of the 222 mountains which lie to the south of the city.

This beautiful view across the fjord is an ideal spot to conclude the shore excursion of Molde.
